Services: All clients will start with a Case Review appointment to establish care. With the case review, we'll be able to better recommend the type of services you need to improve your health. All rates are subject to change without notifying clients. For current rates, please call us at 828-999-4800.
Telehealth: natural health consultation without being in office.
Case Review (Initial Intake, up to 1 hour): Includes a comprehensive, integrative Naturopathic consultation and Acupuncture assessment of your health, and a customized health protocol. If supplements are recommended, they may be purchased in office (if available) or they will be sent through Fullscript. If labs are needed, you may request them through your physician or we can use Ulta Labs. At this time, case reviews will be performed via telehealth or phone consultations.
*Catawba Natural Healing is not accepting any health insurances and we do not file any out of network health insurance. If you have out of network coverage, you may be able to get reimbursed for some or all of your Chinese medical therapies based on your insurance's rates and coverage. Please understand that not all health conditions are covered under acupuncture services. *A credit card is required to be kept on file electronically and an authorization form must be signed to be able to book for appointments. This credit card can be charged upon the request of the client and/or when there is a remaining balance unpaid after several attempts to collect. We accept credit cards, debit cards, FSA cards and HSA cards. We also accept cash and personal checks. Those who pay with cash or personal checks for their appointment will get a $5 time of service discount (does not include for only supplement purchase in office).
In addition, our online Fullscript supplement store also accepts FSA and HSA cards.
If you have booked for your first personalized or a free consultation appointment, it is important that you show up. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination from the clinic and you will not be able to book for another appointment. A debit or credit card is required upon booking for your case review. A fee of $150 will also be applied for no show or less than 24 hour cancellation of a case review appointment. We have a commitment to help our clients and we hope that you value your health as well as the time that we've set aside for you. Thank you for understanding.
For case reviews: No show for a case review or Less than 24 hour cancellation for a case review: $150 For follow up: No Show during follow up or Less than 24 hour cancellation during follow up: $70 Returned check fee: $25 Medical records request: Minimum fee of $10 (already including the copying costs). $0.75 per page for the first 25 pages; $0.50 per page for pages 26-100; $0.25 per page for each page in excess of 100 pages. Phone calls to discuss about most recent visit (only for current clients): under 5 minutes: no rates applied 6-15 minutes: $30 more than 15 minutes: requires an appointment visit Emails: To clarify current protocol recommendation: no rates applied Answering a new question: May require a booked appointment
Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to 5% finance charge per week plus a one-time $25 late fee. In the event any third parties are involved to collect any outstanding monies owed by said business, the customer/patient agrees to pay any reasonable collection fees, including attorney fees whether litigation has commenced, and all costs of litigation. All overdue balances must be paid prior to next appointment. No shows/less than 24 hour cancellations for follow up appointments: We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel last minute or can’t show up. As a curtesy, we will waive either your first no show or first less than 24 hour cancellation, whichever is first. If you have an appointment scheduled on Monday, we ask that you call us by Friday to avoid any cancellation fees. In the event that you did have to cancel with less than 24 hour notice or there's a no show, we will send out a letter outlining the clinic policy regarding missed appointments. You are allowed a total of 3 no shows/less than 24 hour cancellation for follow up appointments before your services are discontinued. Your practitioner will mail you a certified letter explaining the discontinuance of your care and provide appropriate referral(s) for you within 10 business days. No show fees/cancellation fees will still apply as indicated in the financial agreement.
All sales are final: Herbal or supplement purchases are non-refundable. Herbal or supplemental sales are only for clients of Catawba Natural Healing LLC.
