The word "tui" means to push and the word "na" means to lift and squeeze. It is clinical Chinese Medicine bodywork.
In tui na, a variety of techniques will be used to help target meridians and fascia, works deeper than relaxation massage, and supports long-term healing. If you've never received this form of massage before, you are missing out. I have patients who have had very regular massages prior to working with me and every single one of them have said tui na is very different, very intentional, and wished they had booked sooner.
Come to your tui na appointment dressed in comfortable clothes and be ready to notice improvements before you walk out the door! To book for your tui na appointment, click here: Massage intake form
