The word "tui" means to push and the word "na" means to lift and squeeze. It is a form of physical medicine in Chinese medicine.
In tui na, a variety of techniques will be used to help improve the chi flow of your meridians. In doing so, I can help relieve many ailments such as muscle tension, muscle knots, headaches, migraines, swelling, pain, and so much more. If you've never received this form of massage before, you are missing out. I have patients who have had very regular massages prior to working with me and every single one of them have said tui na is very different, very intentional, and the results are amazing.
Come to your tui na appointment dressed in comfortable clothes and be ready to notice improvements before you walk out the door! To book for your tui na appointment, click here: Massage intake form
